Use open spaces to enhance your designs. It can be a good idea not to fill up every available space in your components, such as in the center of this rectangle component. Using either plain silver hoops, or creating some out of 20 gauge wire, these earrings are easy to wrap up. String fine chain onto the hoop, spacing strands with seed beads. Then wire-wrap beads at different lengths to embellish. This design has a jump ring in between the wire-wrap and the chain to create some extra body. Click to Enlarge |

The top of this earring is a wavy soldered jump ring! Attach an ear hook to the ring, then add chain, components, or beads to a jump ring. Loop the open jump ring onto the solder wavy ring, and clip the chains to different lengths to add movement to the design. Click to Enlarge |
