| Step 1 Once you have finished crimping your stringing wire using crimping pliers, you’re ready to put on the crimp cover. |
Step 2 Come up behind the crimp cover with your crimping pliers. |
Step 3 Hold the crimp cover in the outer jaw (oval-shaped hole) of the crimping pliers. Note: the orientation of both the open plier jaw and the open crimp cover are the same |
Step 4 Place the crimp cover over the crimp bead on the stringing wire. |
Step 5 Once the crimp is inside the cover, gently squeeze the crimp cover closed. |

| Step 6 Go easy! If you squeeze the crimp cover too hard it can collapse. |
Step 7 Now the crimp bead is hidden inside. |
